CHRISTMAS 1978
1977 came and went
Without a Christmas card being sent.
not much new though, nothing funny
just work, play, Church, and spending money.
Early morning Seminary was Janet's feat,
And John learned to glass surfboards that look really neat!
The girls spent a week at BYU
And Janet and Jimmy went to Montana and Colorado, too.
Richard has fun driving his boat in the bay,
But work from 8 to 7 is his usual day.
John graduated and started at the "Y"
But is "wintering" in La Jolla--need you ask why?
Jimmy likes to surf and scuba dive in the sea,
And Linda and Maria have found how fun Boys can be.
It's the usual things that make happiness here,
Even though Janet's poetry gets worse every year!
Our health is good and we're reasonably sane,
Just plugging along in the same old vein.
If you're ever out California way,
Be sure to stop in, if just for a day.
We're off to skiing in Utah for the holidays this year--
But first, we want to wish You and Yours
